Unbeatable and excellent location in an event at night, 15 min on foot to Tanjung Tokong Beach. Well-appointed and well decorated hotel units with a safe, the picture shown bathtub, bath tub.

breakfast location is very nice view. Of of the spoon not clean (jam stained) Breakfast ok la.
The bedsheet is with black stain. Found cockroaches running towards fridge. No mineral water in the room. Should have iron & mineral water in the room instead of placed at the corridor. Shower head loose, cannot adjust. The bathroom door dirty.

The food was cheap - a great selection of options. The staff was lovely and great and responsive to requests. Location: the hotel was short walk to beach and food court as well as the sea.

The coffee house is over looking the pool and beach. Its easy to know where the kids are.
1) The corridor carpet needs to be replaced. 2) The bed was too soft. 3) The bed sheets are a bid old. 4) The steps to the beach from the pool is too narrow and can be dangerous. 5) To add another pool side shower.
